Lynn Swann Can't Add

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette reports that Lynn Swann's tax plan doesn't add up. I don't say I'm surprised by this news. First of all he hasn't illustrated any in depth knowledge of any issues as yet. Heck, he hasn't shown he has the slightest idea what he's talking about. Secondly, after watching Sam Rohrer push his Commonwealth Caucus Plan with it's $10 billion hole I'm not sure any Republicans can add. Then there's this little matter of the federal deficit.....

No wonder Santorum is worried about the state of math and science education. Rick, start with your colleagues. Maybe you can get some money from the Penn Hills School District and home school them.
