Effective campaigns

Every now and then I'm going to open the floor for discussions. Let's get away from the Senate right now and focus on other races. Tuesday is election day and there are a lot of contested races. Who do you think has mounted an effective campaign and who hasn't? This means a good race, one that seems to be reaching the voters. Congressional, State House, or State Senate.
