Five Years Post 9/11: FBI Still Can't do Email
The $170 million computer system upgrade that was supposed to finally end some of the failures at the FBI has been a failure itself. This is the gang that can't shoot straight. Remember how, in the aftermath of September 11th we discovered FBI agents could not even email each other? The major upgrade they underwent is another taxpayer boondoggle.
Heck, I would have created a complete failure of a system for them for much less money, only $100 million.
