BushWorld in Flames
Does it seem as if the entire world has exploded? It has. Israel's attacks on Lebanon and incursions into Gaza underscore the total, absolute failure of George W. Bush's foreign policy. Conscious decisions were made to ignore potential crisis situations in North Korea, the Middle East and elsewhere to concentrate on regime change in Iraq. That became the focus of this Bush Administration from their very first national security council meeting. Even the attacks of 9/11 were manipulated to focus our foreign policy on Baghdad when it was sorely needed elsewhere.
Saddam and Iraq were very successfully contained and posed no threat to our national security interests. Other hotspots did however. These were ignored as usually happens when you allow yourself to be distracted. This White House refused to focus its foreign policy where it was needed and went where it wasn't. BushWorld is the result.
North Korea firing missiles and developing nuclear weapons. Iran developing nuclear capability. Isreal, Palestine, and the Middle East is crisis mode as war breaks out. Sudan and Darfur remain unresolved. Iraq is in civil war. Somalia is ruled by warlords, similar to Afghanistan. BushWorld is one crisis erupting after another and it's all the culmination of George W. Bush's disastrous foreign policy decisions.
