Still trying.

So the anti same sex marriage people in Canada are still at it. Inspired by Prime Minister Harper's vow to re-visit the issue, a protest took place on the steps of Canadian Capital in Ottawa earlier this week.

It was a HUGE protest by conservatives with some 75 people turning out for the event.

No, that's not a mistake....a whopping 75 people turned out to express the fact they thought same-sex marriage in Canada is bad.

Somehow I think the the same-sex marriage supporters in Canada have little to be concerned about. If the forces of bigotry could only muster 75 people...well....that kinda says it all.

I'm not a Canadian citizen but I have to imagine that there are more pressing issues in Canada than same sex marriage. I would hope that Mr. Harper's government would spend their time on those issues.
