Hey guys and gals.
For those of us who are Friends of Dorothy (yeah that means we gay folks) and the Friend of Friend of Dorothy (straight allies)...there is a new website from Bravo.

Check out the video section and the shows/movies from the past like "Boys Beware" and "Perversion for Profit". It's no wonder people equate gay folks with pedophilia!!! Look at what they were being shown in the 1950's...I'd be scared too if someone showed me this bunch of crap.
Watching this stuff may help us understand why the bigots feel the way they do. Maybe if they'd been shown the truth, being gay wouldn't be such an issue.
Honestly I was going back and forth between dumbstruck and laughing hysterically when I watched 'Boys Beware'.
So take some time and watch the fear-laden propaganda of the 50's and remember....DUCK AND COVER! (yeah that'll save you!)
