Slots for Tots

A state lobbyist has discovered a loophole in the state's slot machine legislation and has created a new program I call Slots for Tots. The Inquirer reported how Stephen Wodjak, prohibited by law from contributing to candidates as an owner of a slots company, put the slots ownership in the names of his minor children. Since his kids own the company he can donate to those who will decide who gets th elucrative licenses. So we have a situation where tots own the slots.
