Bahgdad in chaos
A State of Emergency was declared today in Baghdad as insurgents set up roadblocks in the streets outside the green zone and openly attacked US Troops.
I would think that every day in Baghdad is lived pretty much in a state of emergency. Thousands of US soldiers dead. Thousands more of Iraqis dead. I'd say a state of Emergency, declared or not, has existed since a week after we rolled into that city.
The country is now rampant with terrorists and insurgents and is a defacto state of civil war and this is what we call a success story? I hate to see a failure.
