Nutter Announces Mayoral Bid

The Inquirer reported yesterday (I'm just catching up after a busy weekend) that former Philadelphia City Councilman Michael Nutter formally announced that he's a candidate for Mayor next year. This was hardly a top secret revelation as everyone knew he was running and that he's a serious candidate. The formal announcement opens the festivities however. It appears this will be a long, hard fought race.
