Pay Raise Scam Over, Give it Back

Now that the state Supreme Court has ruled the pay raise scam by lawmakers was unconstitutional it's time for these scoundrels to pay it back. All of it. They made off with public funds in the middle of the night and got caught. If they don't return the money I say we prosecute them for theft. How are they any different from someone robbing a Wawa? I don't care if they donated the funds to a charity or not. It wasn't their money to give.

Some legislators, like Dave Argall still have the money. Some never even pretended to make penance by giving it away. They're the biggest crooks of all.
