Corner Bar - A
This is Rick Santorum's despicable new tv ad. It depicts Casey's contributors as crooks.
Wasn't Rick Santorum THE go between between K Street (Jack Abramoff) and the Senate GOP?
Isn't Rick Santorum the one I discovered accepted almost $80,000 in contributions over the legal limit?
Maybe Tricky Ricky is trying to project his own corruption onto his opponent. I'm no fan of Casey but I'll never dispute the man's honesty or integrity.
Shame on you Rick for going so negative.
UPDATE: The Philadelphia Inquirer had an article about this commercial this morning. They disclose the stark lies included in the ad. Santorum's commercial tells you this IS Casey's campaign staff with that ending, "where does Casey's campaign hold their meetings?" As the Inky says, none of the persons depicted in the ad contributed a dime to his Senate race or are involved in it in any way. One, Ron Brown, has been dead for nearly two years.
What this commercial does do is tell us much about Rick Santorum. It tells us no level is low enough that he won't sink to it to keep his seat. It tells us he has no decency or ethics. It tells us that Rick Santorum is a despicable human being.
