Patriot News Criticizes Rendell for Doing His Job

Brett Lieberman of the Harrisburg Patriot News is criticizing the Governor for appearing at a National Guard rally today at Penn State. The event is to recognize the Guard and their work. The National Guard reports to the Governor and takes their orders from him. How is this different from all the speeches George W. Bush does at military bases? Lieberman is a good reporter but this article is out of bounds.
