Why Iraq Went So Wrong

President Bush and his henchmen love comparing Iraq with World War II. The reconstruction of Germany was planned for three years and civil servants who were specialists and well experienced were ready to go into each town and rebuild its local government and infrastructure. It was a very well managed and thought out plan.

Compare it with this plan. The only qualification to rebuild Iraq was blind loyalty and fealty to George W. Bush. No wonder it went so bad. No Rick Santorum, you can't blame it all on Iran.
