Court Orders Nader to Pay Legal Costs
The Associated Press reports that Commonwealth Court has ruled former presidential candidate Ralph Nader must pay the costs involved with the legal suit tossing them off the ballot in 2004. This is one more example and reason to outlaw the use of paid canvassers to gather petition signatures.
Two thirds of the 51,000 signatures were found to be fraudulent. That's inexcusable.
